I took my friend here to try the souffle pancakes and they were so so good! I loved the quiet and relaxed atmosphere in such a cosy little place. The pancakes were perfectly fluffy and jiggly. I also highly recommend the Honeycomb Iced Latte to accompany the pancakes, they go together SO WELL!! I'll definitely come back here again :)

(which I lowkey suspected weren't pancakes but rather clouds) They're light and airy, easy to eat, and perfect for brunch or dessert. There are various flavours ranging from sweet to savoury - there's something for everyone! I really liked the savoury okonomiyaki pancake! It's perfect for lunch! While the sweet pancake was nice, sweets are personally not my favourite. The balance of sweetness was nice, not too sweet, featuring different depths of taro flavour and textures. The plating is pretty and aesthetic - a very photogenic dessert spot! We got the yuzu basque cheesecake. It was smooth, creamy and rich with a light texture and didn't feel heavy or overpowering. It's on the heavier side, but tastes fresh because of the yuzu jam, and there is a creamy cheese flavour with a subtle and clean sweetness. Drinks were good, especially the honeycomb latte. The dalgona bits melted nicely into the latte but still with a little crunch and the caramelized sugar was a nice touch. The fresh fruit tea is refreshing too! Perfect for warm summer days! Adozen Adozen is definitely worth checking out, especially if you go around 11am to 1pm. While there are some people, there isn't much of a crowd at that time, and you won't have to queue for long. I love adozen adozen soufflé pancakes. It was so light, fluffy, airy and no eggy smell. We were ordered 🍯 Honey & Butter: Two souffle pancakes, golden fired banana, butter with weet-bix, honey 🍓 White Choc Strawberries: Two souffle pancakes, white chocolate sauce, strawberry flavour ice cream, fresh strawberries, crushed dried strawberries 🍘 Okonomiyaki: Two stacked souffle pancakes, cooked cabbage, okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flake, seaweed powder 🍋 Yuzu Basque burnt cheesecake Ps. The Highlight was Okonomiyaki ones which so surprised me because im a sweet girl. Definitely will be back for more Ps2. The staff were so friendly and give you good recommendations

Souffle Pancakes Specialists A lot of reviews mentioned the heavy taste of eggs. Of course.. that's how it's meant to be! I was sceptical due to some of the poor reviews but the pancakes were quite good! There was only one person running the kitchen so some of our pancakes did miss the mark. But it is somewhat forgivable due to the high skill required. Still enjoyable and we are everything! 4/5 Coffee is missed the mark just a bit. Not strong enough to my liking but presented beautifully. 4/5 Avoid peak hours if possible and these can take a long time to make. They open at 11 and I would recommend you go right on 11 if you plan to try.
